They've been actively involved in the Drupal community - running meet-ups, contributing code, and making friends since Drupal 6 hatched. (That's about 2009 for the non-Drupalists out there.)
They love working closely with our clients to solve their problems and delight them with great solutions.
They're experts in content management, accessibility, custom development work and chicken jokes.
Chicken and LocalGov Drupal
The LocalGov platform offers a well-thought-out and engineered CMS focused on local government needs. Our clients love using it and being part of the community. Adding new features to client sites has been quick and easy.
The LocalGov project is well run. We've seen previous distributions of Drupal that were one organisation's vision of how things should be done come and go. LocalGov Drupal is different, and we think it's because it started as a collaboration between councils and has grown with consideration of how the project should operate, not just the software.
The community around LocalGov Drupal is easily as valuable as the software itself.
We've led the build of the HTML publications feature. We've also contributed bug fixes and other enhancements to the project as we've fixed and built things for our clients.
Chicken and Hammersmith Council
We're currently working on building Hammersmith & Fulham's new website on LocalGov. It's had a beta launch to make new features available right away.
These include a more flexible search with significantly lower operating costs, subsites and an adult social care directory.
