Elections
Multiple rounds of funding from Cumberland, Walsall and Westmorland & Furness Councils have paid for Election notices, multiple seats in wards and a design refresh. Rohallion has lead the dev work.
Subsite Extras
With funding from Essex County Council, Chicken brought functionality developed for Hammersmith & Fulham Council to everyone.
Event channels
With the same Essex funding, Chicken are creating a new version of Events that will include multiple event channels rather than a single list. Brighton & Hove has also contributed and is already using the code on its site.
How the Community Fund works
If you would like to fund something above, or have an idea for a project please email Will.
Once we have enough support for a project, we'll start work. Projects are delivered in a few different ways:
- a single council and its developers doing the work, with other councils contributing through inter-council money transfers
- a Drupal supplier leading, with councils paying them direct
- our core team leading, and councils can pay us
Support us by subscribing
The Community Fund is for one off projects. You can support us all year round by subscribing! LocalGov Drupal is run by a not-for-profit co-operative with 70% of subs spent on further developing the platform and 30% on running the project and facilitating our collaboration.
