Who better to work with on a LocalGov Drupal project than those who wrote much of its code?
We can ensure that all councils have brilliant websites, no matter how large or small. And we can complete this at a fraction of the cost of other systems. As part of that, we can ensure that anything created for any client website is contributed back for all other councils to use. We "build to share".
We believe open source is a moral imperative for the public sector: public money, public code. We have worked on large council sites across the UK and Ireland for many years. We are really excited about bringing all this knowledge to bear on building products for all councils to use.
My work on LocalGov Drupal
We built most of LGD's front-end system and many, many other modules, such as the multilingual features. We rewrote the base theme for LGD, helping all councils standardise their design implementation. This has saved thousands of pounds/euros for councils across the UK and Ireland.
